Why Homeowners Choose Florico
We build every project on all-plywood box construction rather than particleboard, because South Florida's humidity punishes lesser materials within a few short years. Our design consultants walk every client through door style, finish and hardware selection in our Coconut Creek showroom, then our own installation crews — not third-party subcontractors — bring the finished design to life.
From single-room refreshes to full kitchen and office remodels across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties, our goal is a space that looks custom-built without a custom-build price tag or timeline. That philosophy is why so many of our clients come back for a second or third room.
